No, this web is exclusively dedicated to professional retailers, to fashion boutiques as well as to professionals on textile and traders.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order for retailers on men´s clothing will be of 200€.

How much will I pay for the shipping?

When will I get my order?

Your order will be delivered in 48-72h for the mainland and the Balearics. For the Canary Islands, the order will be shipped with “Seur Marítimo” and the shipping time will be of 8 to 10 working days. For the rest of Europe the shipping time will be of 7 to 10 working days.

Is there a minimum order per item or pack?

With the exception of a few items, it is not compulsory to purchase the full pack of sizes.

What kinds of payments are accepted?

You can pay your order through VISA; VISA ELECTRON and MASTERCARD, as well as via PayPal. You can also pay through bank transfer. In this case and in order to speed up the delivery, send us in an email the bank receipt ASAP.

Are the prices on the web site with the VAT included? (Only for the mainland and The Balearics)

No, they are not with the VAT included, therefor a 21% will be necessarily added, and in case of having equivalence surcharge, a 21% + 5.2%.

How do I do to purchase an item?

You only must to visualize the item you would like to purchase, add it to the shopping basket and once you have added all the items you wanted to purchase, click on the button on the right top of the page in order to enter to your basket, and then click on the “Start order” button to complete your order. You will be guided through a few steps where to choose invoicing address, shipping address and payment method.

Will we replace the unavailable items?

If an item is unavailable, we will try to replace it in the shortest time possible. If there is no stock available for an item we will proceed to eliminate it from our website ASAP.

What should I do if I receive one item faulty or wrong?

If you receive in your order any faulty good or wrong, you can return it in a time limit no longer than 20 days from the delivery date, as long as the item has not been used or worn in any ways and it is returned in its original package with its original label and with no damage at all.
